There is one Domaniqo. Not an edition, not a bundle, not a set of feature levels. Your Domaniqo subscription price is based on how many active properties you run. Usage-based and custom services may be billed separately where applicable.
Early Access pricing is introductory and may evolve as Domaniqo develops. Any pricing change to your subscription will be communicated in advance. Prices are shown in USD, which is the currency of your subscription agreement. If your local currency is offered at secure checkout, the exact amount is shown there before you pay.

A booking exists
Bookings from connected iCal calendar sources flow into one operational timeline. Records are normalized and conflicts are detected.

The property is prepared
Cleaning, maintenance and preparation become tracked tasks, with assignment, deadlines and completion recorded against the property.

Your team acts
Roles decide who sees what. Field teams work from a mobile surface built for the job, in English, Thai or Hebrew.

The guest is looked after
Guest profiles, pre-arrival flows and guided check-in, with messages on LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email in one thread.

The stay is closed out
Meter readings, deposits, extras, concierge charges and recorded guest charges are captured against the stay.

An active property is a property you are running in Domaniqo. Your subscription is based on how many of them your workspace holds. How seasonal or paused properties are treated is agreed with you during Early Access.
Self-service Early Access covers up to 30 active properties. Above that we onboard your portfolio with you directly. It is the same Domaniqo product, not a different edition.
